About Me.
Jean-Paul Courville is a retired U.S. Marine Sergeant Major with over 35 years of combined experience in military leadership, global defense contracting, and cross-cultural advisory roles. After a lifetime of serving others in combat zones, training missions, and high-risk environments, he stepped into the unknown once again—this time by hiking the 2,194-mile Appalachian Trail solo. That journey became more than a walk in the woods; it became a mission of healing, rediscovery, and purpose.
Jean-Paul now brings his raw, hard-earned insights to the stage with humor, humility, and honesty. His keynotes are less about theory and more about lived experience. He speaks to the warrior, the leader, the lost, and anyone standing at a crossroads.
